We engage with our clients as partners. We've established a number of long-term relationships with clients who we view as key stakeholders in our business. It's vital to us that our clients' relationship experience is enjoyable.

Our working practices are underpinned by a commitment to open communication and project management rigour that ensures enjoyable and successful relationships and projects. We've been ISO9001:2000 certified for quality management since 2003.

Design

We employ user-centred design principles as the basis of an effective people-focused approach to business. We evaluate our solutions according to three metrics of usefulness, usability and desirability. We use personas to guide us through the process of creating a blueprint and carry out human and automated testing to ensure the validity of our designs throughout project lifecycles.

Technology

Getfrank is committed to developing, using and sharing open source software solutions, leveraging the benefits of robust development, security and scalability to help our clients own and operate Enterprise-class software solutions. We are founding members of the Zope Association UK, the first UK open-source trade association. We also work with partners to deliver and integrate closed-source technology solutions.
