IdeasFactory: The Networker

The IdeasFactory site is a learning resource, intended to help nurture and encourage talent in the creative industries, providing useful information, advice, tips, guides and the benefit of professional experience to those just starting out. Getfrank won the pitch for a series of learning games for the IdeasFactory site - the brief being to provide fun, entertaining games that also taught skills that would prove useful in the real world.

Solution

Working against a tight deadline, Getfrank produced three very different games - "The Networker", "The Heckler", and "Hold the Front Page" - conceiving the original ideas, storyboarding and illustrating the characters and situations, then designing and building the complete games in Flash to an exacting schedule.
